1. What you are buying
A purchase on the Site buys the temporary occupation of a leaderboard seat, displayed publicly until someone pays more than you. That's it. It is a digital entertainment service, delivered immediately and in full at the moment your seat appears on the board. It is not a good, a subscription, an investment, or a claim to anything.
2. Price
The price of a seat is always the current holder's total plus one US dollar ($1); an empty seat costs $10 on the main board and $3 on the daily board. Prices are displayed in USD, all taxes included where applicable. The price is locked when your Stripe checkout starts and cannot change during your 5-minute payment window.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. A receipt is emailed to you by Stripe after payment.
4. No withdrawal right — all sales final
By purchasing, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code: digital content/services fully performed with prior express consent). Being dethroned — whether after three weeks or three seconds — is the core game mechanic, not a defect, and does not entitle you to a refund.
The one automatic exception: if another player's payment lands in the brief window before yours and takes the seat at your locked price, your payment is refunded in full, automatically, and you are notified by email.
5. Moderation & removal
Submitted content is screened before payment. If your seat is later removed because your content breaches the Terms of Use (illegal content, impersonation, malicious link…), no refund is due.
6. Support & disputes
Something genuinely broken — paid but never seated, double-charged? Use the contact form with your Stripe receipt and we'll fix it. Consumers residing in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
