1. What this site is
WhoHasTheBiggest.com ("the Site") is an entertainment website: a public leaderboard where visitors pay to occupy podium seats. It provides no financial product, no investment, no ownership, and no utility beyond public bragging rights. If you were looking for meaning, this is not the place.
2. Acceptance
By using the Site — and especially by purchasing a seat — you accept these Terms of Use, the Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, close the tab and keep your dollar.
3. Your content
When you claim a seat you submit a handle, a link, a tagline and optionally an avatar. You warrant that this content is yours to use, is legal, and does not infringe anyone's rights. Content is screened by automated moderation before payment; we may additionally remove any content at any time if it is illegal, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harms the Site or third parties — without refund when the removal results from your breach of these terms.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display the submitted content on the Site, in generated share images, and in the Site's own social media posts announcing leaderboard changes.
4. Fair play
- Do not impersonate people or brands you are not.
- Do not submit links to malware, scams, illegal content or NSFW content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, its payments, or other players.
5. Availability & liability
The Site is provided "as is". We aim for it to be up and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features (or the entire Site) at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid on the Site in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
